Boy Scouts of America BannerCaptain Rick’s Diving Adventure is proud to help the Boy Scout of America learn how to scuba dive in a fun and safe environment. Whether your boy scout is looking for an impressive merit badge, or you’re interested in an exciting, new hobby for your whole family, we offer a variety of programs that teaches scuba for kids.

Snorkel for kids is a great way to introduce your children to the water. We also offer kids snorkel programs that teach the fundamentals of diving safety.

Before we take your kids scuba diving or snorkeling in open waters, we ensure students are familiar enough with their equipment and how to respond to different situations. Many classes are held in heated pools to help students get familiarized with the equipment in the water first, giving them confidence that they can swim in oceans, rivers, and other waters.

Learn to Scuba Dive Options Available

  • eLearning – Development portion is completed online at the pace of the student diver.
  • Classroom program–This is a more traditional approach of conducting the development training using books and other training material.
